Studio Scuderi was founded in Palermo in March 1983, with the precise aim of offering real estate-construction consultancy and assistance to both private individuals and companies and organisations.

The main activity consists in the analysis, evaluation and development of real estate interventions of different nature, both new construction and building transformation. The firm's strong points are the multidisciplinary approach and the strategic vision in finding solutions to real estate problems. Over the last 35 years, extensive experience has been developed in assisting organizations with any of their real estate needs, with particular reference to the resolution of issues relating to assets and the placement of assets inside or outside the activities of the organizations themselves, taking into account always well aware of the ethical and moral aspects of their particular functions and structures. As part of this activity, both transformation interventions were carried out to maintain the assets in their charismatic function, and the identification of new destinations and purposes, through the development of innovative projects.
