"Rustic Fund" in the countryside of the Municipality of Bitritto (BA) in "Contrada La Marchesa" with access from Via dei Cedri, covering approximately 73.754 square meters, flat, irregularly shaped and totally fenced. Currently it is cultivated for the greater part with olive groves, on which there is a substation serving the sewerage network and an Enel substation with servitude for a power line. It falls within the homogeneous area typified D1 for industrial production sites in compliance with the implementation guidelines in the P.R.G. of the Municipality of Bitritto, and included in the executive urban planning for the subdivision of the sector for productive settlements and extended for 360,041 square meters, a private initiative therefore also including other properties, and which provided for the development of lots within the "Area" buildings intended for factories. To date, the legal status and existence of this Consortium is not known, it is not legally dissolved but inactive, therefore no longer operational. The entire sector, as well as the surrounding areas could be inserted in the context of the A.S.I .. No impediment on these typified areas to the construction of alternative energy systems, without the obligation of urbanization as per PRG, but with only respect for the areas provided for primary roads, public parks, etc. For the secondary road network provided for in the consortium plan, there is no obligation to build and respect. The area of the sector is crossed, in the northern area, by the high voltage power line, owned by TERNA Spa, 1SOKV, called "Bari Industriale 1- Bari Ovest, Firestone derivation" at the pylon no. 19.
“Fondo rustico” in agro del Comune di Bitritto (BA) in “Contrada La Marchesa” con accesso da Via dei Cedri, esteso per mq.73.754 circa, pianeggiante di forma irregolare e totalmente recintato. Attualmente si presenta coltivato per la maggior estensione ad uliveto, sul quale insistono una cabina al servizio della rete fognaria ed una cabina Enel con servitù per un elettrodotto. Ricade in zona omogenea tipizzata D1 per insediamenti produttivi a carattere industriale conforme agli indirizzi di attuazione nel P.R.G. del Comune di Bitritto, ed inserito nel piano urbanistico esecutivo di lottizzazione di comparto per insediamenti produttivi ed esteso per mq.360.041, ad iniziativa privata pertanto ricomprendente anche altre proprietà, , e che ha previsto all’interno dell”Area” lo sviluppo di lotti edificabili destinati ad opifici. Ad oggi lo stato giuridico e la sussistenza di detto Consorzio non è nota, risulta non sciolto legalmente ma inattivo, pertanto non più operativo. L’intero comparto, nonché le aree limitrofe potrebbero essere inserite in contesto A.S.I.. Nulla osta su queste aree tipizzate alla realizzazione di impianti di energia alternativa, senza l’obbligo di urbanizzazione come da PRG, ma con il solo rispetto delle are previste per la viabilità primaria, il verde pubblico, etc. Per la viabilità secondaria prevista dal piano del consorzio non vi è alcun obbligo di realizzazione e di rispetto. L'area del comparto è attraversata, nella zona a nord, dalla linea elettrica di alta tensione, di proprietà di TERNA Spa, 1SOKV, denominata "Bari Industriale 1- Bari Ovest, derivazione Firestone" in corrispondenza del traliccio n°19.
