In one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: Vigo di Fassa, in the province of Trento; renowned locality that enjoys the double seasonality, (winter season and summer season).


The structure respects the building style of the valley, mainly built in masonry, wood and stones.


The hotel, completely renovated with quality materials in 2008, has an area of ​​approximately 1,800 square meters and is spread over seven floors plus a large outdoor area used for parking.


In detail:



  • Floor -2: wellness area with swimming pool and equipped cabins;

  • Floor -1: health area (including a staircase to reach the underlying part), the massage area and the solarium. On this level there are also the technical rooms, the ski room, the common bathrooms of the living area located on the floor above, the staff rooms, the laundry and a large warehouse suitable for being transformed into a kitchen if the managers intend in the future also offer the catering service. Finally there is the boiler room with independent access from the outside;

  • Ground floor: main access to the hotel structure, directly from the public road. On this level are the hall and bar, with adjoining reading area and large private terrace, the kitchen, breakfast room, reception and stairwells and lift;

  • First floor: six bedrooms, all equipped with internal services, for a total of n. 11 beds;

  • Second floor: six bedrooms, all equipped with internal services, for a total of n. 11 beds;

  • Third floor: six bedrooms, all equipped with internal services, for a total of n. 11 beds;

  • Fourth floor: storage room for the hotel business and the caretaker's accommodation.


The property is about a 7-minute walk from the closest cable car, 11 km from the ski slopes of the Carezza ski area and 17 km from the San Pellegrino Pass.


A bus that stops on the Strada Neva right in front of the structure takes visitors to the most important cable cars in the valley in just a few minutes. The hotel is located just 3 km from the Buffaure ski lifts (access to the Sella Ronda ski area), 9 km from the Alpe Lusia ski area and 15 km from the Pampeago ski area.


With a modern cable car, directly from the village, in a few minutes you can reach the Ciampedie basin at 2,000 meters, a spectacular panoramic balcony, where you can experience the charm of a natural escape and embrace the Dolomites with your gaze.

L'albergo, completamente ristrutturato con materiali di pregio nel 2008, ha una superficie di circa 1.800 mq e si sviluppa su su sette piani oltre un ampia spazio esterno adibito a parcheggio.


Nel dettaglio:



  • Piano -2: zona wellness con piscina e cabine attrezzate;

  • Piano -1: zona salute (comprensivo di scala per il raggiungimento della parte sottostante), la zona massaggi e il solarium. Su questo livello si trovano altresì i locali tecnici, la ski-room, i bagni comuni della zona soggiorno ubicata al piano soprastante, le camere del personale, la

  • avanderia e un ampio magazzino idoneo ad essere trasformato in cucina nel caso i gestori intendano in futuro offrire anche il servizio di ristorazione. Infine vi è il locale caldaie con accesso indipendente dall’esterno;

  • Piano Terra: accesso principale alla struttura alberghiera, direttamente dalla strada pubblica. A questo livello si trovano la hall e il bar, con attigua zona lettura ed ampia terrazza di pertinenza, la cucina, la sala colazioni, la reception e i vani scala ed ascensore;

  • Piano Primo: sei camere, tutte dotate di servizi interni, per un totale di n. 11 posti letto;

  • Piano Secondo: sei camere, tutte dotate di servizi interni, per un totale di n. 11 posti letto;

  • Piano Terzo: sei camere, tutte dotate di servizi interni, per un totale di n. 11 posti letto;

  • Piano Quarto: ripostiglio al servizio dell’attività alberghiera e l’alloggio del custode.


La struttura dista circa 7 minuti a piedi dalla cabinovia più vicina, 11 km dalle piste da sci del comprensorio sciistico Carezza e 17 km dal Passo San Pellegrino.


Un autobus che ferma sulla Strada Neva proprio di fronte alla struttura porta ivisitatori alle più importanti funivie della valle in pochi minuti. L’hotel si trova a soli 3 Km dagli impianti di risalita di Buffaure (accesso al comprensorio sciistico Sella Ronda), a 9 Km dall’area sciistica Alpe Lusia ed a 15 Km dal comprensorio sciistico di Pampeago.


Con una moderna funivia, direttamente dal paese, in pochi minuti si raggiunge laconca del Ciampedie a 2.000 metri, uno spettacolare balcone panoramico, dove vivere l’incanto di un’evasione naturale e abbracciare con lo sguardo le Dolomiti.
