Nato a Bergamo il 22 luglio 1961.
Laureato in architettura nel 1988 e libero professionista dal 1991.
Due i motti del nostro studio: “l’architettura è un gioco fantastico” e “architettura a servizio del cliente”.
La nostra attività ci ha visti impegnati in più di 400 progetti, per i quali abbiamo svolto anche la Direzione Lavori, di varia natura che vanno dalle semplici modifiche interne alla ristrutturazione di interi edifici, compreso il recupero di cascine inserite in ambiti vincolati in Italia e all’estero.
Numerose sono state anche le consulenze come tecnici di parte in ambito legale, la progettazione di centri benessere, la progettazione di interventi su edifici vincolati anche molto importanti come ad esempio: il Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi di Milano, il Grand Hotel di Carezza, il complesso delle Suore Canossiane a Bergamo, il Palazzo Pellizzoli del Portone ad Alzano Lombardo, il Complesso "Complesso Architettonico Ex Convento Di S.Maria Della Consolazione” in Almenno San Salvatore
Grande è anche l’attività professionale svolta nel settore della Protezione Civile: redazione di 48 Piani Comunali di Protezione Civile, 4 Piani Intercomunali (comprendenti 43 comuni) e una parte del Piano Provinciale di Emergenza della Provincia di Bergamo “PIANO STRALCIO RISCHIO FRANE”; Progettista del Progetto Pilota per la Regione Lombardia del primo “Piano di Emergenza Intercomunale” per la Valle Brembana; Fondatore del Presidio Provinciale per la Protezione Civile dell'Ordine Architetti e Pianificatori Paesaggisti e Conservatori della Provincia di Bergamo; durante il sisma Italia Centrale 2016/2017 – due campagne di rilievo dei danni e compilazione schede Aedes per Agibilità in Emergenza.
Nella nostra attività variegata abbiamo sempre posto al primo piano serietà e grande rigore sapendo dire sempre la verità ai nostri clienti, a volte anche scomoda, accompagnandoli nei progetti e proteggendoli durante gli interventi e garantendo loro di non aver problemi anche dopo molti anni a realizzazioni finite.
Garantire a tutti i nostri clienti interventi corretti dal punto di vista amministrativo e legale, ha fatto della nostra attività sempre la differenza.
Nessun compromesso e nessuna scappatoia fa dormire noi e i clienti notti serene nella consapevolezza che nel momento di vendite o successioni non ci saranno problemi.
Questo da qualche anno ci ha aperto un nuovo mondo, la consulenza verso agenzie immobiliari di un certo livello: forse non a caso siamo giunti sin qui.

The professional activity carried out in the Civil Protection sector is also great: drafting of 48 Municipal Civil Protection Plans, 4 Intermunicipal Plans (including 43 municipalities) and part of the Provincial Emergency Plan of the Province of Bergamo "LANDSLIDE RISK EXTRACTION PLAN"; Designer of the Pilot Project for the Lombardy Region of the first "Intermunicipal Emergency Plan" for the Brembana Valley; Founder of the Provincial Presidium for Civil Protection of the Order of Architects and Landscape Planners and Conservationists of the Province of Bergamo; during the 2016/2017 Central Italy earthquake - two damage survey campaigns and compilation of Aedes sheets for Emergency Accessibility.
In our varied activity we have always placed seriousness and great rigor at the forefront, knowing how to always tell the truth to our customers, sometimes even uncomfortable ones, accompanying them in projects and protecting them during interventions and guaranteeing them not to have problems even after many years of finished projects .
Ensuring that all our customers receive correct interventions from an administrative and legal point of view has always made the difference in our business.

For a few years now, this has opened up a new world for us, consultancy towards high-level real estate agencies: perhaps it is no coincidence that we have reached this far.
