Nato a Verona il 3 Novembre 1964.
Dopo alcune esperienze commerciali, ho lavorato 10 anni presso un’azienda internazionale che produce materiali e marmi pregiati e ricomposti per ambienti di design, negozi, musei, aeroporti, ville, grazie alla quale ho potuto apprendere tutto ciò che succede in un’azienda, ho partecipato a numerose fiere e ho conosciuto imprenditori, architetti e costruttori.
Nel 1996 ho iniziato il mio percorso nel mondo immobiliare a Verona con l’attuale socio Paolo Padovani, aprendo e gestendo un’agenzia “Grimaldi” in Valpolicella, per poi proseguire in società nel centro di Verona, dove lavoro tutt’ora. Nel corso degli anni ho avuto la possibilità di fare varie esperienze che mi hanno arricchito umanamente e professionalmente: nel 2000 ho gestito il primo cantiere con 87 unità a Verona, sono stato Consigliere della F.I.M.A.A., mi sono occupato dello sviluppo nel Triveneto di una rete di franchising, ho collaborato con una società per erogare mutui e assicurazioni, ho venduto arredamenti insieme ad immobili, ho organizzato eventi con affluenza fino a 700 persone, ho gestito e seguito la parte commerciale di una casa editrice che realizzava pubblicazioni per l’Hellas Verona calcio e per il mercato immobiliare, sono stato direttore commerciale per 5 anni di una nota S.p.A. veronese con la quale abbiamo gestito cantieri, un punto vendita e venduto numerosi immobili, ho formato vari collaboratori e segretarie, ho gestito operazioni immobiliari di riqualificazione e valorizzazione, ho venduto immobili derivanti da frazionamenti e acquisito poi venduto immobili di lusso in città e provincia.

After some commercial experiences, I worked for 10 years at an international company that produces precious and recomposed materials and marbles for design environments, shops, museums, airports, villas, thanks to which I was able to learn everything that happens in a company, I have participated in numerous fairs and met entrepreneurs, architects and builders.
In 1996 I began my journey in the real estate world in Verona with my current partner Paolo Padovani, opening and managing a "Grimaldi" agency in Valpolicella, and then continuing in partnership in the center of Verona, where I still work. Over the years I have had the opportunity to have various experiences that have enriched me personally and professionally: in 2000 I managed the first construction site with 87 units in Verona, I was a FIMAA Councilor, I dealt with the development of a network of franchising, I collaborated with a company to provide mortgages and insurance, I sold furniture together with properties, I organized events with a turnout of up to 700 people, I managed and followed the commercial part of a publishing house that produced publications for Hellas Verona football and for the real estate market, I was the commercial director of a well-known SpA for 5 years Veronese with whom we managed construction sites, a sales point and sold numerous properties, I trained various collaborators and secretaries, I managed real estate redevelopment and enhancement operations, I sold properties deriving from divisions and acquired then sold luxury properties in the city and province.
