Nato a Gallarate il 13 dicembre 1979.
Il mio percorso nell'immobiliare comincia da giovanissimo, in una piccola agenzia dove imparo il mestiere da due mentori che mi hanno insegnato molto più della professione. Da lì nasce la mia prima agenzia, e con essa gli anni della crescita, della crisi del 2008 e di tutto ciò che un imprenditore attraversa quando costruisce qualcosa di suo: cadute, ripartenze, nuovi inizi.
Negli anni successivi ritrovo metodo e visione all'interno di un grande network internazionale, esperienza che mi porta poi, insieme a un socio, a fondare una realtà immobiliare che negli anni diventa un punto di riferimento sul territorio varesino.
Da questo percorso nasce Kedros, presente a Varese e a Courmayeur. Non la considero una semplice agenzia immobiliare, ma una boutique immobiliare: un luogo dove non si vendono soltanto immobili, ma si costruiscono strategie, si tutelano patrimoni e si accompagnano le persone nelle decisioni più importanti della loro vita.
Lavoro fianco a fianco con architetti, tecnici, notai, fiscalisti e legali, affiancando famiglie, professionisti e investitori nelle valutazioni patrimoniali, nelle strategie di vendita, nello sviluppo e nella valorizzazione di proprietà residenziali, commerciali e turistiche. A Varese come a Courmayeur seguo una filosofia semplice: pochi incarichi, massima attenzione, relazioni autentiche.
È da questa visione che nasce il Protocollo della Presenza, il manifesto culturale di Kedros: la convinzione che la nostra vera professione non sia vendere case, ma esserci. Essere presenti quando una famiglia affronta una successione, quando un imprenditore deve valorizzare un patrimonio, quando una coppia cerca la casa dove far crescere i propri figli.

My journey in real estate began at a very young age in a small agency, where I learned the trade from two mentors who taught me far more than just the profession itself. That experience led to the founding of my first agency, marking years of growth, the 2008 crisis, and everything an entrepreneur goes through when building something of their own: setbacks, recoveries, and fresh starts.
In the years that followed, I refined my methods and vision within a major international network—an experience that eventually led me, together with a partner, to found a real estate firm that became a benchmark in the Varese area.
From this journey, Kedros was born, with a presence in both Varese and Courmayeur. I do not view it merely as a real estate agency, but as a real estate boutique: a place where we do not simply sell properties, but build strategies, protect assets, and guide people through the most important decisions of their lives.
I work side-by-side with architects, technical experts, notaries, tax advisors, and lawyers, supporting families, professionals, and investors with asset valuations, sales strategies, and the development and enhancement of residential, commercial, and tourism properties. Whether in Varese or Courmayeur, I follow a simple philosophy: a limited number of mandates, undivided attention, and authentic relationships.
This vision gave rise to the "Protocol of Presence"—Kedros’s cultural manifesto—rooted in the conviction that our true profession is not selling homes, but simply *being there*. Being present when a family navigates an inheritance, when an entrepreneur needs to maximize the value of an asset, or when a couple is looking for the home where they will raise their children.
